Program Agenda

  1. From ACTOR to ACTOR
We all play different roles—social and professional—that require us to access the right resources.
  • Warm-up and optimization techniques for the essential instrument: your body.
  • Exercises to enhance attention, presence, active listening, and spontaneity.
  1. From ACTOR to AUDIENCE
Once your personal instrument (the body) is trained, the key is to apply techniques that generate the desired impact.
  • Introduction to core acting tools that build connection and influence:
    • PDC – Point of Concentration: an anti-stage-fright technique to channel emotions effectively.
    • Mirroring: a method for connecting through confidence, essential for influencing and selling ideas, products, or experiences.
    • Legalizing the Accident: reframing mistakes as opportunities to heighten audience attention.
  • All tools are first experienced through practice and then consolidated into clear concepts.
  1. From AUDIENCE to AUDIENCES (types of receptors)
An audience is never homogeneous—there are multiple ways in which messages are received.
  • Exploring perceptions through the Process Communication Model® (PCM®)—the world’s most powerful communication tool.
  • RUL – Recommended Usage of Language: how to tailor your message for each personality type.
  1. The Performance
  • Selling in an Invented Language – a technique to control and amplify intention, the main driver of persuasion in public speaking.
  • Mini training/presentation sessions delivered by each participant, followed by 360° feedback (peers + trainer).
