For the efficient approach of the training program, we propose the following steps:

  1. The evaluation of the training need through a practical test session of maximum 45 minutes for the future participants. Following this session, the future students will solve various exercises starting gradually from the beginner level to the advanced level. The test exercises can be special created for the characteristics of each department.
  2. The formation of groups: beginners, intermediate and advanced.
  3. The organization of training by finalizing the course curricula related to each group. The setting of the program will be achieve based on the needs and the level of initial knowledge;
  4. The course delivery. The tools used during the courses are:
    • The interactive presentation;
    • The case studies;
    • The group discussions ;
    • During the course we works on files of the same format as the participants work format;
  5. The course evaluation through a practical test session, in which we will evaluate the deepening level of the subject for each participant.

Maximum number of participants / a group: 12
The courses can also be scheduled on Saturdays.
