Following this program the participants will be able to:

  • Understand the 7 critical points of the selling process success;
  • Define objectives and strategy for the development of the covered area;
  • Analyze the process from multiple perspectives;
  • Efficiently manage the sales process using a structured approach;

The program is based on active learning. This involves a combination of case studies, a class discussions, role play, and working in study groups, where participants take responsibilities for their personal development.

The interactivity will be the main teaching method:

  • The program will include the practical exercises, the mini case studies, the interactive sessions, the concrete solving of problems raised by the participants;
  • The individual preparation /in groups/at general level;
  • The analysis of the participant’s daily activities;
  • The role-playing games and simulations;

The participants will learn from multiple sources:

  • The trainer will be both moderator and mentor;
  • The participants will work in teams;
  • Leading representatives of the Romanian business environment that will share their experience of success will be invited;

The duration of the program proposed by us is two days (about 12 hours) for one group of participants. The program can be customized according to the needs of the target group and the organization, so it may take a day too and it can also be structured on half of days, depending on the availability of participants.
