Risk Management and the Cube Game is a two-day course focused on developing team coaching and risk management skills using the systemic coaching methodology. Through a blend of theory and practice, participants will explore concepts like the Dramatic Triangle, failure mechanisms, and intervention strategies. Interactive exercises, including a unique cube game, will uncover how individuals approach projects, handle risk and pressure, and set goals. This course offers a fresh perspective on team dynamics and professional development.

This two-day course will cover key topics such as:

  • The Dramatic Triangle
  • Failure Mechanisms
  • Intervention Strategies
  • Team Coaching – Systemic Coaching Methodology
  • Exercises: Listening, feedback, and feed-forward, useful questions for intervention strategies
  • Working in triads with an observer role
  • Among other activities, through a ‘simple’ game involving cubes, you will uncover how you approach personal and professional projects, how much the environment influences you, how you set your targets, manage risks and pressure during execution, and how you’ve evolved. Additionally, you’ll learn how to apply and interpret these insights for your team members or your environment.
