A unique program that unites departments through art and collaboration. Each quarter, participants explore a different art – music, photography, painting, or film – connecting people and ideas for better communication and a more cohesive team.
About the program
Unlock the potential for collaboration and mini-networking within organizations.
Art Integrator comes with a creative solution: using art to connect people and improve team dynamics.
Interdepartmental communication plays a crucial role in organizational success, and this program offers a novel way to overcome barriers:
- Effective Collaboration – Creating a common space where departments work together for clear goals.
- Increased efficiency – Reducing redundant efforts through improved information flow.
- Innovation – Promoting the exchange of ideas between departments for creative solutions and progress.
- Improved customer service – Better alignment between teams leads to increased satisfaction.
- Reduce conflict – Prevent tensions by clarifying roles and common goals.
How does it work?
The annual program is structured into four or more events (depending on the organization’s size) for the four quarters, each dedicated to a specific art: Music, Photography, Painting, and Film.
– Departmental representatives: each department sends representatives according to their passions.
– Interdepartmental Presentations: Each team presents the work of the department they represent.
– Joint Activities: Participants engage in themed art activities, developing connections and mutual understanding.
Structure of events
- Music: The Orchestra
– Participants work together to create a symbolic orchestra, learning about synchronization and harmony.
- Photography: The Photo Gallery
– Each team contributes to a themed photo gallery, developing a shared vision of the objectives.
- Painting: The Big Picture
– A collaborative work that symbolizes the integration and common purpose of the organization.
- Movie: The Movie
– Create a short team movie reflecting the values and department collaboration.
The results?
– Fluid interdepartmental communication,
– a more cohesive and innovative team,
– And, of course, art as a bridge between people.
– The company can use the program in competitions, but also as a model program for integration and interdepartmental communication.
