PURPOSE, OBJECTIVES, BENEFITS
The aim of this course is to facilitate the understanding of innovation and creativity concepts, and to offer practical solutions in approaching the innovation process within the organization.
At the end of the program all participants will be able to:
- Understand very clearly what is innovation, which are the sources of innovation, the differences between various types of innovation and how the innovation can be “encouraged” in the organization;
- Understand how new products appear, how a market is formed and why it takes a special “day by day” approach to encourage innovation;
- Understand why the customers and their problems are the main source of innovation and how we can transform crises into opportunities;
- See the benefits of creative thinking
Interaction
The training will be delivered in an interactive, energizing way, with practical exercises related to the projects / challenges the participants have.
Coaching
The trainer will be available to answer questions and to guide the participants during the cours, and after based on the individual action plan, built step by step during the program.
