This training program, with a duration of one or two days, depending on the needs of the target group, allows the participants to assimilate in an accessible, enjoyable and interactive manner, the key financial concepts that can be useful in the everyday managerial work.
At the end of this training program, the participants will be able to:
- Understand the positive role of financial management in the company, regardless of economic circumstances;
- Explain the concepts associated to the main financial indicators, including the advantages and the limitations of their use in practice;
- Extracte from the financial statements and from the accounting reports the useful information for individual management decisions;
- Make the connection between the business needs, the performance and their daily work;
- Explain to colleagues and subordinates the financial decisions of management (including the distribution and the control of costs);
- Use in practice various financial indicators for the assess of their own performance, of their department and for its growth;
- Build new bridges in the company’s internal communication (for example: with colleagues from dep. Financial- Accounting), through a better understanding of the specific of the financial language.
The duration of the program proposed by us is two days (about 12 hours) for one group of participants.
The program can be customized according to the needs of the target group and the organization, so it may take a day too and it can be also structured on half of days, depending on the availability of the participants.
The structure of the program addresses a group of minimum 5 and maximum 15 participants.
The program is based mainly on experiential learning, being interactive and containing numerous examples, exercises and case studies realized by the trainer on the needs and activity of the organization
