Day 3 – Influencing & Sustaining Change

- Change Sustainability Canvas – anchoring change through rituals and micro-habits
- Boardroom Simulation – leading under pressure in complex change scenarios
Methodology
This program is grounded in experiential learning (70% practice, 30% theory) and includes:
