Day 2 – Leading Strategic Change

  • Iceberg of Change & System Mapping – applying systems thinking to change dynamics
  • Culture Map & McKinsey OHI – exploring culture as a driver or barrier to transformation
  • Immunity to Change – uncovering self-sabotage and competing commitments

Day 3 – Influencing & Sustaining Change

  • Political Landscape Canvas – mapping power and influence strategies
  • Change Sustainability Canvas – anchoring change through rituals and micro-habits
  • Boardroom Simulation – leading under pressure in complex change scenarios

Methodology

This program is grounded in experiential learning (70% practice, 30% theory) and includes:

  • Simulations, role plays, and guided introspection
