- General Provisions
This Return Policy sets out the conditions and procedure by which customers of Creative & Bright SRL (“we”, “us”, “our”) may return products or withdraw from a distance contract concluded via www.creative-bright.com.
This policy applies exclusively to consumers (natural persons) under Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) No. 34/2014. Legal entities may request returns only under the conditions agreed contractually.
- Right of Withdrawal (GEO No. 34/2014)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 calendar days:
- from the date of receipt of the goods, for a single-item order;
- from the date of receipt of the last item, for orders with items delivered separately;
- from the date of receipt of the last lot/piece, where the good consists of multiple lots or pieces;
- from the date of receipt of the first item, for periodic deliveries of goods over a defined period;
- from the date of conclusion of the contract for services and/or from the moment access to digital content is granted (provided execution/delivery has not begun with the consumer’s express consent and confirmation of the loss of the right of withdrawal).
Important notes:
- You may use the standard withdrawal form at the end of this policy (optional). Any unequivocal statement sent by email to office@creative-bright.com is sufficient.
- Return of goods: you must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw.
Condition of packaging/diminution in value:
You may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You are liable for any diminution in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary for this purpose. The lack of original packaging does not prevent exercising the right of withdrawal, but may lead to a justified deduction. Any deduction will be objectively assessed and communicated to you.
- Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized products made to the consumer’s specifications (e.g., name, logo, bespoke graphic design) — art. 16(c) GEO 34/2014;
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., personalized PDF files) after supply has begun with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal — art. 16(m) GEO 34/2014 and GEO 141/2021;
- Services (e.g., participation in courses) are fully performed if performance begins with the consumer’s prior consent. If performance began during the withdrawal period and the consumer withdraws, the consumer owes an amount proportional to what was provided until withdrawal (art. 14(3) GEO 34/2014).
- Return Conditions (Physical Products)
- Return items in the condition delivered, together with all accessories and accompanying documents (where applicable).
- Items must not show signs of excessive wear, damage, or modifications.
- To prevent damage in transit, we recommend the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
- Until we physically receive the goods, you are responsible for their integrity during return transit; we recommend a tracked (and, where appropriate, insured) courier service.
- Return Procedure
- Notify us within 14 days: email office@creative-bright.com stating your name, order number, and the items you wish to return.
- Standard form (optional): you may complete and email the withdrawal form provided below.
- Ship the products: send the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from your notification, to the address below, using a tracked courier.
- Return costs: return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the product is non-conforming/defective due to the seller.
- Proof of shipment: keep the AWB/tracking receipt.
- Verification: our team will inspect returned items. Abusive returns (e.g., used, damaged, or incomplete goods) may be reasonably refused.

- Refunds
- We will refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice.
- We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide evidence of having sent them back—whichever occurs first.
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction (unless you expressly agree otherwise), with no fees charged by us.
- We refund at most the cost of our standard initial delivery (if you choose a more expensive method—e.g., express—the difference is not refunded).
- Card payments (NETOPIA Payments – mobilPay): refunds are processed to the same card/instrument. Posting time on your statement may depend on your issuing bank.
- Defective or Non-Conforming Products (Legal Warranty)
If your item is defective/non-conforming or damaged in transit:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at office@creative-bright.com (attach photos, where relevant) — this does not limit your statutory warranty rights.
- We will provide, at no cost, repair or replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, as applicable under GEO No. 140/2021.
- Transport costs related to remedying non-conformity are borne by Creative & Bright.
- International Orders – Returns
- For orders outside the EU, the customer bears all return-related charges (shipping, customs duties, bank fees).
- We recommend using a tracked courier.
- Refunds may exclude non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g., initial import duties where recovery is not legally permitted). Your bank may apply FX/transfer fees beyond our control.
- Digital Products and Services (Including Courses)
- Digital content (e.g., personalized PDF files): the right of withdrawal is lost once supply begins with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right (art. 16(m) GEO 34/2014; GEO 141/2021). By ticking the consent box for digital content, you request supply to begin before the withdrawal period ends and confirm you will lose the right of withdrawal once supply starts.
- Services/courses: if performance begins during the withdrawal period and you withdraw, you owe a proportional amount for the service provided up to withdrawal; once the service is fully performed, withdrawal is no longer possible.
- Course fees (in-person/online):
- Refunds are available only if cancellation is notified at least 3 business days before the course start date or if the start is postponed by more than 27 days.
- After the course starts, fees are non-refundable, given the limited seats and associated costs (organization and materials).
- Special Situations and Responsibilities
- Damaged package on delivery: if you notice visible damage, refuse the parcel, ask the courier to record a report, then notify us.
- Abusive returns: we reserve the right to refuse returns that breach the law or this policy (e.g., evident wear, incomplete goods, damage attributable to the consumer).
- Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Consumers may contact ANPC or an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity. They may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
