PURPOSE, OBJECTIVES, BENEFITS
The aim of this course is to facilitate the understanding of change and to offer practical solutions in accepting and managing change, to improve the organization’s effectiveness by initiating, sponsoring, and implementing organizational change.
At the end of the program all participants will be able to:
- Understand why people fear change;
- Understand and accept the change process within the organization;
- Support the organizational changes;
- Identify the attitude to embrace change;
- Identify personal ways to overcome resistance to change;
- See the positive outcomes of change

Methods used: Brainstorming, practical applications, role play. We allow participants to experience the change process and report on their feelings – they open up into a wider discussion on a range of issues around managing change.
